We suggest filling your Infuser with tea/coffee before adding water!
Having the tea in the sieve while water is added allows the tea to begin the oxidation process. This means that once you flip your infuser to begin brewing, there is less pressure built up inside of your infuser!
Make sure that you get the right sieve (check out our guide) and fill it with your desired amount of tea/coffee.
Then attach the sieve to the lid and tightly attach the lid to your infuser.
With the top open, pour in your hot water, filling to just below the sieve.
Once you have filled it to the correct level, close your Infuser and flip to begin steeping!
Finally after your tea has steeped the desired length, open your infuser, keeping one finger on the lid as you open.
